      Recommendations
– The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
– Take a shower before entering the cenote to protect its ecosystem.
– This tour is not recommended if you have heart, lung, spine, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, you are pregnant or suspected of being pregnant.
– The minimum age for Xenotes is 6 years. NOTE: for the activity of Zip lines a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
– Children from 6 to 11 years old pay half of the adult ticket (it is essential to present identification to the tour operator when boarding the transportation).
– Older children at 1.40 meters. but under 12 years of age, they must present identification to prove their age.
– Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees; from 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, they will not be refundable.
– It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.

– The activities of the Xenotes Oasis Maya Tour are recommended for children over 6 years old.
– Remember to bring printed proof of purchase of your tour.
– Wear comfortable beachwear and a bathing suit. Bring an extra molt.
– Confirm the time and place of departure of your transportation.
– Your blockers and bronzers must only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.
– Bring cash or card to acquire the photos of your visit.
– All activities provide you with modern safety equipment and can be done by the whole family, from 6 years of age.
– It is important that you take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so the roads to reach them are not paved.
