Totally awesome. We had an amazing time, so much fun! From start to finish. Each excursion was freaking AWESOME! ATV was #1.

The guides were very nice and I had a blast! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the ATV trail was very very rocky and some of the turns were sharp and a little dangerous but overall it was an excellent value!

Overall it was fun.Dont buy the the extra insurance for the ATV because thier junk.Horse ride was fun.Zip line was just ok.It was a quick ride from Playa so that was nice not spending the day in a bus.

First off let me say “atv double” does not mean two separate ATVs it means two people will share one. The experience was average for me because i felt as though throughout all the excursions we spent more time waiting than actually doing the activities. The zip-lining took the longest about (45 minutes), ATV ride was only 15 minutes, horseback riding about 10 minutes more than likely- less, and the cenotes swim was 25 minutes. I truly feel is though they give you enough time for just photo ops but not to actually enjoy it. I paid $35 USD for over 50 pictures but only a handful were good. Also, if you’re paying with card for anything add a 16% tax into your budget. The food is at the end and it was not enough to feed a 5 year old, so i recommend eating before you come and bring snacks to hold you throughout the activities. I do want to thank Alberto for saving my GoPro and Apple Watch out of the cenote (take off everything! the impact hitting the water will knock everything off of you.

It was fun overall! Keep in mind that they will not allow you to take pictures on your phone and then charge you a ridiculous price at then end for the pictures they took. Also, keep in mind that you’ll have to pay $5 USD for ATV insurance and $5 USD for a locker. The horseback riding was very kid-like, meaning that the horses just walked in a straight line for about 20 minutes through the trees. The ATVs were super fun! The ziplines were okay, kinda wished they were at a higher elevation and longer, but then again I’ve done a lot of more extreme ziplines, so it’s a good first for beginners. The cenote was okay, there are definitely more beautiful cenotes in the area, after seeing those this cenote was disappointing. As for the lunch, you are served one small portion, it was good, but in order to get seconds you have to pay and you also have to pay for drinks, only water and lemonade was included. They were very pushy when it came to tips, which is always off-putting. The transportation to and from the location was nice. Read less Helpful 1 2 … 15
