An all-inclusive natural park in the Riviera Maya just minutes away from Tulum
Xel-Há, a natural water park where you can do unlimited snorkeling in an inlet that flows into the Caribbean Sea. You can ride a bike through the jungle paths, jump into the water from the Stone of Courage, dive from a zip-line and feel the thrill of the highest of all Riviera Maya and Cancun waterslides, The Scenic Lighthouse; these and many other activities can be experienced in the natural wonder of the Riviera Maya. Xel-Há is an all-inclusive park, so the buffet and open bar are part of the experience.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Minimum age: for all ages.
Kids: Under 4 years old have free admission. From 5 to 11 get half off the adult ticket price.
Must present an ID at the Park’s ticket booth.

Unlimited snorkeling in the inlet with the use of snorkeling gear and a free snorkel.
River floating on inner tubes.
Scenic Lighthouse with 360° views from a height of 131 ft (40 m) and a fun descent.
Continental breakfast from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Snacks and lunch buffets from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Domestic open bar and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.
World of Adventure: zip-lines, five-meter-high jumps and different rope games.
Hikes through jungle paths.

Recommendations
Remember to bring the printed proof of purchase.
Wear a swimsuit, water shoes, and comfortable clothing. Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
Only the use of sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide is allowed in the park.
Remember to bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs, get the photos of your visit, or enjoy an Optional Activity.
Important Information
Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must show an ID to verify their age as well.
Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya is included if you add it at the moment of purchase.
Reservations cancelled with more than 2 days in advance before the booking date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; from 2 to 0 days or in case of no show, reservations are nonrefundable.
It is not possible to make a date change the same day of your visit.

We booked a shuttle with XCARET to get there which worked out great. We were at Occidental Destination so it was a decent trip.
Disappointed that all the extra stuff was between $50-150usd. Very pricey for what you get.
Buffet and drinks were good. Bring a larger drink container as lines got fairly long if you want alcohol.
If you have good snorkel gear. Bring it!!! Or at least bring ANTI FOG stuff for their goggles.
Snorkel outside the Sting Ray experience and you will get to see them close up.
Use the double tubes.
View was great from the slide and slide was good. Just be ready for water in the face at the end. Lol. We did it immediately so no lines.
All in all it was an ok experience but we will probably not go back again. My wife’s and kids (16,17yo) opinion was once is enough. Next time I will just figure out where to go snorkel on our own.

Beautiful place!! You got the big “lake” to snorkel, swim or raft. You got guacamayos that look just amazing and sing very loud. You got restaurants included with very complete buffet all included, zip lines over the lake and a big water side. Great with family and kids
